Last week we identified the five predictable democrat phases within the evolving smear campaign of Judge Brett Kavanaugh; to wit: “The shift to Phase 4 should be anticipated for Thursday’s media-cycle.” As expected, today we officially enter phase four:

The highly predictable strategy by Democrats, far-left activists and compliant ideological media to smear/destroy Judge Brett Kavanaugh is solidly in phase four:
  • √ Phase 1 – Activate last minute delay chaos (prior “Me Too” investment).
  • √ Phase 2 – Use sex assault claims to demand investigation, further delay. Use republicans, not democrats, to establish/frame the delay.
  • √ Phase 3 – Use investigation to frame validity narrative; further delay. Use republican fear (leverage Jeff Flake) not democrats, to continue the delay. Manipulate FBI. Shift investigation goalposts.
  • √ Phase 4 – Use “deeply flawed investigation” narrative (witnesses ignored); to isolate Murkowski/Collins and keep Flake in position. Drum mid-term “Let the voters decide”. <= WE ARE HERE
  • Phase 5 – The mid-term election.

I don't think confirming him will be the best thing for the country. Trump is so focused on winning that hes missing a an opportunity to put a an even more conservative judge in place.

The Dems blew their wad with Kavanaugh , they cant keep pulling sexual assault out of a hat. Especially if the FBI does a quiet background investigation of nominees before hand. Trump has the chance to really screw them and quiet the left at the same time.

He's saving the nomination of Barrett to replace RBG. After Kavanaugh is confirmed we'll truly see the shit hit the fan in ways we've never imagined when Barrett is next.

SOUNDS LIKE THERE WAS WITNESS TAMPERING WHEN A FORMER FBI AGENT URGED A DR. FORD WITNESS, WHO DID NOT CORROBORATE THE ACCUSER, TO SOFTEN HER SWORN STATEMENT SINCE IT WAS HELPING KAVANAUGH TOO MUCH.

"Ford identified Leland Ingham Keyser, a former classmate, as having attended a house party Maryland in the early 1980s, in which she accused Kavanaugh of pinning her to a bed, attempting to remove her clothes and putting his hand over her mouth when she tried to scream.

Keyser originally said in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Sept. 23 she “does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present.” After Kavanaugh and Ford testified in front of the committee last week, Keyser wrote a letter to the committee dated Sept. 29 that said she did not refute Ford’s claims, but “is unable to corroborate it because she has no recollection of the incident in question," according to CNN.

Keyser told the investigators that she was -- as the Journal notes -- urged to clarify her statement by Monica McLean, a former FBI agent and friend of Ford’s, the paper reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

A person close to the former classmates told the Journal she believed mutual friends ... including McLean – simply reached out to Keyser to warn her that her statement was being used by Republicans as vindication for Kavanagh and if she felt she needed to clarify what she meant."

We can't vindicate what they did. He has to win now.

If we're lucky Trump will name a replacement for RBG and if you think Brett was bad, please go buy an emergency stock pile of popcorn because you have not even seen a thing.

Odds are the republicans are going to hold the senate. if they do RBG is going to have to hold on minimum two more years.

Maybe, but Cable news showed video of her accepting flowers (in celebration of her cloture vote at her Senate Office) from indigenous Alaskan women, who some progressive groups flew out to lobby the Senator. Who knows, she is close to Flake, ... who is real close to Coons, ... who is friendly with Manchin ... so there may be a deal going between a number of Senators in the mix. I would guess at least one member of each party will cross party lines and would not be suprised if either Pence got to vote, or if progressive operatives scheme to keep the Montana Senator from returning from his daughter's wedding in time ... but I am guessing. Politics sucks even when it isn't ugly.
