At the indoor range I go to, the RSOs will "check in" on anybody that is rapid firing. Especially, if they don't know them. Since I know the RSOs, and I've taken many courses at the range, they just wave when I practice occasional mag dumps and quick reloads from my self-defense firearms. (Though, to be honest, I don't do it all that often.)

But honestly, they're pretty OK with leniency there. Doing 30 rapid fire, yeah, you'll get their attention lol. I sure wasn't lying when I told you I've heard many a dozen going off lol..play it right and that's not an issue...shoot the shit like your Lucky Luciano and out you'll go..

I went today to BM at 2pm. It is a nice range and like others have said, the old range master doesn't care how much you put in the magazine. He never once told me to only load 5. I did so anyway until I was close to leaving. Then it was 10 for a while.
The only thing I do not like it's that the closest target is about 25 yards. That's too far in my opinion when my targets are only 6 inch circles.

The small bore has an old RSO also.
Pistol range is 7, 15 and 25 yards.
Lane 20 on the right is 7 yards and the rest on the right side is 15 yards.
The circles are 5 inches.
Walt the RSO says if you get hit the target at 15 yards then you can definitely hit the target when it's closer.

They shoot shotguns at both the pistol range and at small bore.
You must of been at the pistol range , I don't think they let you shoot pistols at small bore.
The pistol range is the first one on the right at the bottom of the hill next to the heads.

I didn't see tables. I was at the first one all the way to the right. Lane 11. Behind me was the entrance and the RSO. No way that was 7 yards.

Does anyone know what is needed for non-residents to shoot rifles at Blue Mountain? Just a drivers license, maybe?
If you are shooting pistol show them your permit. For rifle, shotgun or archery, unless age is a question I don't believe they ask for anything. They want to see your county pass only if you are asking for a reduced rate.

if shooting handgun or drivers license number if shooting small bore, large bore or trap.
They never asked to see my drivers license, they look at my the handgun
license but are most interested in my Westchester County park pass.
Like togmaster said if you have a Westchester County park pass you can save $3 an hour on any of the ranges or $3 on each round of trap.

I emailed them from that website and got a response and went from there too. There's a few of us here that are members but I'm a horrible member when it comes to meetings and names they won't have a clue who I am. They just know me as the guy who's always there few times a week and has the don't tread on me tattoo lol. Judge Rietz comes there too

There was an orientation meeting for new members last Tuesday. I'm sure they are working through a last of applicants and it might take a while for them to get back to you.
@MikeGrad I'm guessing @togmaster is correct(ish).. according to the PCFGA Calendar, there was an orientation Thursday night. Give it time. Of course they'll want your hundreds of dollars.. they'll respond.
