Report of an accidental shooting at Texas De Brasil at Walden Galleria. One person hurt.

Police say that when the dinner bill came, he reached into his pants pocket and accidentally shot his girlfriend in the upper leg shortly before 6 p.m.

Cheektowaga Police say Anthony Ciccarelli, 19, faces reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon charges. His girlfriend was taken to Erie County Medical Center for injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

Well it must be that he is Leo or an honorably discharges veteran. We all know that since nys requires a pistol permit to be able to even touch a pistol, much less own one; it therefore makes it impossible for anyone to be able to acquire one without said permit. Otherwise this would simply yet again point out how a asinine the whole nys pistol permit is.

UPDATE:

The gun was not registered to Ciccarelli and was allegedly stolen from an unspecified location in Niagara Falls, according to a news release from the Erie County District Attorney's Office.

Ciccarelli is scheduled to return on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. for a felony hearing. Justice Stevens set bail at $1,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

If convicted on the charge, Ciccarelli faces a maximum of 7 years in prison.
