There's a huge difference between a "political" workplace and the cesspool that is DC. In the workplace (in the private sector at least), even with political intrigue you have to work toward a common goal or you implode and go out of business. DC has ZERO accountability and our elected leaders have proven time and again to work against each other for their own gain. No repercussions for screwing the people who elected you. A vote for/against a politician every 4 years is hardly the same as having to prove yourself every day.
And I don't need any lecture on workplace scars - I've earned plenty.

Not saying he was doing the tyranny thing (though I have a hard time believing his original rant from a few days ago, including the off the rails nonsense about "mutiny").
My point is first he says he's got "total control" over this issue, and then a few days later he says he doesn't.
So I'm not sure which of those things is him smacking down the governors as tyrants.
The underlying problem I have here is the "take all credit / avoid all blame at all costs" mindset that oozes from this guy.

I think that most of what he said was in regards to his spat with cuomo, and other demoncrat governors that were pushing back against him. I think he wanted to let cuomo know that he is higher on the food chain than he is. I think he backed off because he has good advisers telling him its the smart political move. I do think his comments were motivated by ego, but we know he loves to teoll the left as well so that probably plays a part.

Well YES....they shut the States down...they screamed when the President said He was going to open them. Take cummo for one example. All of his shortfalls he has blamed on the Feds(President) and looks like the golden child. We in NY...especially upstate, are screwed because he wants/wanted to skim hospital beds,PPE and ventillators to benefit downstate. Upstate is just his personal equipment depot and revenue generator. When he says it's a TEAM effort to defeat the virus,it really means downstate is the team and upstate is just the equipment

In order to remove bias we have to evaluate them in terms of results (actual output or completion of a task or initiative)
