My point is that you can't support or defend it 100 percent if you are for it being violated against someone else you consider to be stupid or for any other reason.
This isn't an attack on you. Just a statement of fact. If anyone is okay with any person being violated their 2A right, then anyone would have to be okay with a 1A right of speech and or religion being violated along with any other violation like denying him a lawyer or giving him a cruel and unusual punishment.
If everyone though like that, then it would be okay for our rights to be violated because we vote red. The Constitution would be meaningless which in my opinion is right about there anyway since people pick and choose which parts they are okay with or who it should apply to or not apply to.

People only become "sovereign citizens" (I am assuming you are using this as a catchall phrase for people who like to give LEOs a hard time) because of the extensive amount of corruption and brutality that is endemic in this country/state. Granted, I am not one to act this way because it looks undignified, but police officers have completely brought this upon themselves.

Fyi, I was talking about Soveriegn Citizens. You shouldn’t condescend like that. I mean what I say and don’t speak when I don’t know what I am referring to. If I was talking about all cop haters, I’d have said that.
"Sovereign Citizens" are a byproduct of general police mistrust. I never condescended (have no idea where you got that) or implied that all cop haters are "sovereign citizens."

Actually, the term "Sovereign Citizens" began heavily back in the 70's and had next to nothing to do with the Police. The movement began in regards to taxes in the United States.

You have to hate those sovereigns and anyone who questions authority and government overreach, you know the ones who go to court every so often and win. Bundy ranch come to mind. More then a few called them nut jobs ... well they won in court ... Not so fucking crazy i guess.
