I guess we will get lied to again on what happened especially because the dispatcher says they are there. Clearly they were not. With Florida having the castle doctrine I’m pretty sure I’d have shot him at that point. I would have warned him and if he stayed or threw the brick one more time he’d been on the ground bleeding.

Unfortunately in the report they said the victim commented that he wasn't even sure if he could have pulled the trigger on the criminal. You shouldn't own a gun if you are hesitant to pull the trigger G-d forbid you are ever put in that situation. I pray I would never have to but if it was my life or theirs I wouldn't even have to think about it.
