Man that sucks....now everbody scared to ship anything to NY...... this is crazy.......I just bought from Buds Guns this summer and had planned on potentially again this spring.....well no more bus with them. Then again what I want may be gotten locally?!

They won’t ship to NYC or LI.
the gun you’re purchasing has to be legal as-is. They won’t ship to a third party for mods. They also won’t remove noncompliant mags.
Their policy is on their website, it it shows that it was last reviewed/updated January 1.

Years ago Buds lost a sale of a 500 SW to me because it "weighed too much." I explained the 50oz limit was for semi autos, as their own site stated. They wanted none of it.
Bought from LGS days later.
On the flip side, they are often WAY cheaper than LGS, even with transfers. So a bit of a nessisary evil.

I don't think this is true, my neighbor ordered the G44 over the weekend. Hasn't shipped yet.

On another note, Tromix won't ship 4 round .458 Socom mags (with a .458 follower) to NYC. It won't hold .223/5.56 properly with the follower.
