Buffalo Gun Center closing

Buffalo Gun Center is gone. An empty building when I drove by yesterday.

They moved out of downtown Buffalo in the 1970's.
The Harlem Road store was open for nearly half a century. There were some great deals this last few months.

They had a good run. Best wishes to them, and thanks.

Damn, I was JUST talking about going here today with a friend just to stroke on some guns. I can't believe they are finally gone. I thought the whole "closing sale" was a sales scam. When did they announce they were closing? A long time ago. I feel bad for the suckers who stood in huge lines out the door and down the street the days after they said they were closing. I got a Shockwave from there in October. The place was fully stocked back then.

I have heard someone else bought the place. Let's hope that is true. Also, how is the new gun department at Gander in Hamburg? Is it fully up and running? I liked going to the one in Tonawanda. There was an older guy there that was always nice to deal with. I hope they moved him to Hamburg.

I'm sure he probably tried but in today's ass backward society he have an easier time selling a child molestation company than a gun store.

Just rebrand the store. One day it's a firearms dealer, then next day, a sex shop for ammosexuals -- with a HUGE sale on personal "protection."

I liked going to the one in Tonawanda. There was an older guy there that was always nice to deal with.

No pistols yet but long guns starting to show up. Also did have stripped lowers in stock.
