I chopped the top of the original sign off that said "Kiss my Assault Stick, Andy-Boy". Of course, the media quoted that part of my sign without including a picture of it or the assault stick, on purpose I'm sure, to try and portray it in a more negative context.

Sorry I couldn't make it. Mother in law came to visit this weekend, then I got to stand in the rain for a few hours running chains at the boys' football games. Of course it cleared up ten minutes after the opposing team called it quits. (We trounced them. Younger boys team lost. We have a 3rd and 4th grade mixed team. Their town has enough boys for both, so they were all 4th, and a good team on top of it.)

As the photographer i always have my models with their fingers on the trigger. Looks better. More realistic. They are shots of (supposed) shooting. So fingers on triggers.
I always catch internet flak about this. But, my model. My photos. My shoot. My way.
Some of the stupidest images i see are from dillon's catalogs, nice models with dumb looking (good trigger control) fingers sticking straight out..... Just goofy.
If people are not comfortable with my photography style then they do not have to be present on the "set". I promise no one will be injured looking at the images, with her finger on the trigger.
If these images get a rise outta people, better that i not show the real scary ones.

Just figuring id get ahead of it.....last shoot i did ended with like 4 pages of discourse.
Fwiw, to make it worse, i think the 2 knuckles deep image was with the 80% "rifle"
. No trigger so that made it harder to portray.....
