Buying Ammo Online and Having It Shipped to Your House

I thought I heard that when the part of the SafeAct where you had to get a background check every time you bought ammo was put on hold that now you were allowed to buy ammo online and have it shipped to your house was now also legal? Is that true?

Who started that rumor?
There is no data base to perform a background check with so its a lie.
Order all you want.

Of course, a quick search of the forums would find that topic asked on at least a weekly basis.
