More pics... I left the stair post and rails off until sheetrock is done figured it would be easier with it off. Met with owner yesterday and have a bunch of other stuff to do I'm never going to be out of there lol... more roof work, demoing interior sheetrock addressing some mold issues caused by an old roof leak that was repaired years ago, new kitchen cabinets, new shower, etc...

Got a call from a good friend who is starting up broker-dealer may need some help with business analysis. May have to hang up the tool belt and go back to bread and butter. I love building stuff but just not making a living out of it. We'll see what a tangled web we weave...

Go make a real paycheck. You’re not getting any younger brother. Analyst work pays better and less wear and tear on your body. Make projects and wood working a fun side thing and make some money at that. A full paycheck on a routine basis will reduce your stress level in ways. I’m sure analyst work is stressful in its own way but you have to do what you have to do.
