I agree our rights will not be restored. Heck if anything good on the 2a comes during his administration I’ll be pleasantly surprised but you can’t blame Trump for this. He should be condemning it and saying it’s illegal while dedicating the AG’s office to fighting this but I doubt that will happen either. I fully expect NYS to do this soon.

NY will probably do so, but I have a feeling they are looking to go the route of MA soon, which has the worst anti-gun policies of the USA. As for Trump, he needs to put the foot down, and he handpicked these people who are failing us. He knew Bondi's past on gun rights, but he wanted a pretty face around, so we got what we got. You may be right. I thought the amendment process in the case was an administrative process to the list of approved and unapproved guns in the state. I did not think this needed to be passed by the houses of the government but I could be wrong. The video led me to believe it passed already. I had trouble finding anything concrete on it but a lot of the videos and titles said Glock’s banned in CA. It’s hard at times to keep up on all this crap.

We never know what was passed, still on voye, or rjmor mill anymore. But, sadly, things like this are a possibility in the morning and a law in the afternoon.

I read something not to long ago that even in CA shooting sports and even huner numbers were on the uptick and due to younger people. Not sure where I read it though as it's all a jumble these days. But if it was factual maybe there's going to be a shift in favor of gun rights, but I'm not holding my breath.

You`re not alone. I gave up thinking that NY could be saved. As for the country as a whole, there`s still some hope, but not alot when you see the likes of what this government is doing to its people. Alot of people question where ALL this sh!t lands at the end of his term. A few crumbs at a snails pace is not going to fix any of it. Executive orders are just a band-aid. It only covers the wound for a very short time, but the scars will always remain. Congress is the only ones who can fix this mess with unconstitutional gun control crap. But will they? I`m not betting MY life on it.
