I watched the captian America civil war the other day but I thought I heard that wasn't right. I am watching it again. At the beginning fight scene, captian America said the terrorists are using ar-15. Is this Hollywood trying to spread misinformation?

Yes...it is Hollywood steering the public's opinion.

BTW, my middle-school age daughter said, "Huh? AR-15s aren't automatic. That's stupid."

I'm glad I'm just easily dazzled by the explosions and feats of violence. If I would have heard that, I would have lost my mind. Don't make me go back and find it.

I hate when they dump shit like that in movies to try to drop subliminal messages.
