Way easier to just burn it in the car.Probably hazardous waste disposal events. They may take it. Normally towns will run them a few times a year.
Diluted into the fresh gas you'll never notice.

Money at home, at my storage place and my office. A few grand each.
This thread reminded me that I used my generator this past summer for the first time. And I just remembered that when refilled a few gas cans I forgot to put in stabilizer. How do I get rid of the gas now? Would it be safe to put a few gallons in the car each time botulinum?
At only 6 months old it'll probably run just fine in a fuel injected vehicle, even undiluted.how old is it?
I took shit gas out of my kids wheeler and burning in snow blower.

If you mix it half and half with fresh fuel you'll never notice a thing.
Even 2 years old it would probably run fine like that.
I had forgotten how the government went after him with tax audits following the crash. Typical washington behavior. Just like Trump, Burry was an outsider who played the game and won. His criticism of the government and the Fed got him in trouble since he made it clear the disaster in the mortgage markets was foreseeable and therefore embarrassed the "experts."For those who are interested this is the guy predicting another crash. He called the 2008 before it happened. He's predicting it again in the near future.
This is well worth 20mins of your time
Everyone has different requirements ... I would say at least 3 months living expenses ... and leave it at that. In the past I have had over 6 months expense covered . During a layoff it was welcome indeed. To be honest with you folks I have not recovered to that level of cash on hand.. I do have a lot more food and such on hand today in the house. Food inflation is real so that was a good move for me.. However .... My insurance company would frown if I sent them a few spiral hams in lieu of a check....I think 2K is probably adequate for short term disasters. This way both of you can carry a thousand if you get separated. More important is to have a full tank of gas and a few 5 gallon cans on hand. That way you do not have to worry about getting out of the effected area, when the gas stations are overwhelmed with people or cannot operate because they have no power.
We were talking general cash on hand in the house. I for one would not have 25K in cash at the house. Way too many things can go wrong and poof it is gone. I agree 6 months worth of expenses is great to have available.Everyone has different requirements ... I would say at least 3 months living expenses ... and leave it at that. So... all those guns lost in boating accidents are covered??? Sweet!Had to check my coverage.
Special Limits Of Liability.
It details more specifically but the short of it is:
$1,500 Cash in house
$10,000 Firearms
$10,000 Silverware (not sure if this is what you meant by precious metals)
$10,000 Jewelry, Watches ($5,000 per item)
Let me know if you want to chat on this. It’s important to notes that the Firearms, Silverware & Jewelry limits are for loss by theft, misplacing or lost items. In other words, if those items should perish in a fire, they would be covered in full but limited to your personal property limit of $343,200.

Stockpiling gas was mentioned earlier.
Many people dont know that there is summer blend and winter blend gas.
Rotate / use up your supply accordingly.
We have some 500 gal storage tanks at the farm and I usually only get summer gas. I'll wait till spring to refill them as we go through much more during the warm weather ( boats, yard equipment, etc).
I also cut the farm diesel with kerosene during the winter. Straight diesel when the snow is gone.
yes there is.
But both burn.
so the advantage of one over the other is?

So for example, when we travel I like to bring enough to maybe get home.. in the us it’s about 1500 if I’m going more than 500 miles. When we go to Mexico or Caribbean it’s about 2500 ( think chartering a small plane or boat)
wife and I went to Iceland and brought 1500 each. Thinking it would probably cost more to get home from there.
this is not spending money, its insurance when we get home it goes back in the safe. To me the scariest part of traveling is having something happen and not being able to get home, I’m not above sneaking back across the border if I need to. Ya just never know, cash will help facilitate getting home I hope.
What? No porn?My dad taught me this 40 years ago.
Food, fuel, medical supplies, firewood, generator, a decent woman and cash.
I said decent woman......I can take it from there. What? No porn?
Same here. We travel often, and I always have plenty of cash on me to make sure we can get home.So for example, when we travel I like to bring enough to maybe get home.. in the us it’s about 1500 if I’m going more than 500 miles.
