Seen them at wally world last week in Albion, gander in Tonowanda had them last time I was there, about a month ago.Curious where you can get them from and for what price if you aren't opposed to sharing the info.
I would disagree with them being too wimpy for squirrels I've had no issues head shooting squirrels with these and being that they are subsonic, they are pretty quiet shot from a bolt action rifle or revolver. I would Not recommend shooting these in a semi auto rifle or handgun.CCI CB's look just like any other standard 22 shorts. There are on the slow side, around 700+ fps if I recall, and are very quiet, especially in a rifle. I have a High Standard 22 short pistol that barely cycles with these...Very accurate, and very quiet. In a rifle they will group well but I wouldn't trust them for pesting. Too wimpy for squirrels, and rabbits. Maybe pest birds and chipmunks that are in poor health...
I'd say no, not at 700fps. unless ya get em right in the eye. Will they go thru an Armidillo?
Couple of them bastards are making a mess out of my moms yard!
