the problem I have with all this is the people involved are powerful and virtually untouchable. It's already been revealed that the FBI "lost" a bunch of emails between their lead FBI dude and his lover. Those emails would be critical in proving collusion between the FBI, DOJ Obama, and the Clintons.
My fear is, this will become commonplace. Evidence will start to 'disappear' the deep state will start purging. It will become increasingly difficult to prove the collusion with the Mueller investigation, DOJ and FBI

Our government today reminds me of the 1976 Camaro I owned in high school.
The guy that sold it to me said it would "run for years".
After a couple months I started having electrical issues. Wipers would run when switch was off. Lights flickered, the car would die, then come back to life, dome light was like a disco.
I fiddled with wires until it worked ok.
Then the trannyy started slipping. I filled it with gunk and it worked ok.
Then the starter went whacky. I had to tap it to start the car.
Then the gas filler tube came free from its mount. I wired it in place sort of. I had to hold the gas nozzle carefully while pumping or id have issues.
Then, the radiator started leaking. Again, I added gunk, it worked ok.
The oil pump started to go and squealed and chirpped. Everyday I had to use spray lube to quiet it.
You would never know how close to complete failure the car was when you saw me driving down the road.
Because of all the half assed fixes I was in constant fear of catastrophe.
I followed so many issues that just led to another issue.
At a point I realized that my half assed attempts at fixing little things, resulted in a huge, dangerous abomination that was moments from failure at all times.
My only choice was to scrap the whole thing.
