I think if a church around here did something like this, I'd start going to church again.

Trusting their good intentions... yes.

Trusting that they practice safe gun handling techniques all the time...no.

One of the things I hate most about gun shows or standing at the counter of a place like a Field & Stream (or most LGS's) is the amount of times I'm muzzled covered with fingers on the triggers and a closed action in a very short period of time.

I agree it’s not good to associate yourself with groups like this. I go to church and they fully support fins and a security team, but this is one step too far. They will call these folks crazies for a lot of reasons and we will look bad.
