I would assume that the USAF entered some information on the a$$hole's separation discharge since he failed the Texas backgound check for a carry license. It was also reported kelley lied on his applications. I'd love it if the only thing you needed a license for was to shoot your guns on a government provided firing range......

I also like to bring up the 2A when they talk about "health care" being a right. If your employer is required to provide you birth control (by definition only useful for recreational sex), then why aren't they required to provide you with ammo ? After the 2A is *explicitly* mentioned in the constitution and the "right to healthcare" is not mentioned at all......

Dear sir, I’m a Polish man working in UK, here the police is disarmed, the people are disarmed. I just became a father and I can’t imagine my daughter killed by some terror attack so we are going back to Poland, where our government is planning to put gun laws in line with those in USA - make us able to defend ourselves, Great respect!

There are hundreds of cases where Leo's have fired 60-70 rounds in a shoot out and only one or two strike the perp.
It is well documented ... In the theater of war .. In ones first firefight .. Rounds coming at you Stress happens .. Fear happens .. Your heart rate can hit as high as 200 beats per minute. One fights the fear of death.
If this NRA instructor put 2 rounds into the shooter having as he said a handful of bullets .... The man did great. Then he said he had only 2 rounds left and still chased after the shooter. .... Many times the word hero gets tossed around ... So and so pulled someone out of a car wreck ... What a hero .. Maybe ...... This is heroism .... Two strangers chasing after an armed suspect with only 2 rounds left in the AR-15 ... It would be sweet if Trump had both of these fellows to the White House .....

I'm not criticizing his choice of weapon or caliber. I am just assuming from his interview that it was a .223. Having experience with an AR mounted with an Eotic, I know how fast it is between target acquisition and trigger pull, so when he says he consciously picked a spot between the protective plates on the armored vest I also assume he hit exactly where he was aiming. I'm just saying a better caliber most likely have ended it right there.
His narrative was told matter of factly with no bravado, he is a brave man and should be recognized as such.
