Interesting scenario and close to several I have hashed out my own self in those "what if" moments. The biggest problem for freedomists is organizing, everything is monitored by the 'G', and at the first sign of trouble they would sweep through these rural enclaves and neutralize the area, one home at a time and without organized resistance, well, people as individuals will have to decide, is this my hill.

My thoughts... Democrat/socialist/leftists and their "armies" are way better organized than right wingers, way better. SHTF time would, as usual start in the streets of leftist cities and towns. It will start out or be like another "2020 summer of love" but will grow to industrial strength, more violent and wide spread, more municipalities and more participants. And it will keep growing. BLM and ANTIFA types along with our existing home boy gangs, plus many of our "newcomers" who have crossed the borders over the past few years will wreak havoc. After destroying what they can in cities and towns they will move out hard into the burbs. As in the past police will be ordered to stand down (stupid term, but...) and shit will get ugly, way beyond ugly this time around. The pot is beginning to boil, bands of attackers are already active along with looters, jackers, murders, name it and it's happening now. No doubt it will grow.

One thing that can be counted on, some political leaders will encourage the carnage. And when it gets really bad, full blown grown up mayhem, who knows whose side LEO or the gov troops will be told to take, or how they will handle it. Martial law?.... Possible. Confiscation?.... quite possible. So maybe pre-plan your boating accidents.

Setting up tribes in rural areas may not be smart. A few drone strikes could take out the entire tribe and they would be deviated. They could drop salt and starve them by killing crops or poisoning water. May hard to attack and kill these days if you’re isolated. Staying in the cities with other “innocents” around might not be a bad idea.

The left especially, but ALL the deep state and one world government type politicians will join forces to propose some major freedom curtailing legislation and will of course sell it to the public as a protection for them. Nothing new about that. The government will look to confiscate weapons of all or nearly all types because (obviously) those crazy gun nuts are dangerous to democracy and cannot be trusted. A great many people are already onboard with that, but many more will join them. Some law demanding disarmament will be passed and a VERY short window for turning in weapons will be announced. Many will indeed turn in their arms under protest, but will do so to avoid the announced heavy penalties. More will hide some of their weapons but turn in others so as tofeign compliance. A few, very few, will quietly make their way to what they deem to be a safe location. Those will be people that have already thought about this scenario and have already made preparations. They will go to rural areas and join with people they know and trust. Tribes will be formed. Areas will be protected with guards. As the cities quickly descend into lawlessness, those that attempt to head to the tribal regions will not be welcomed. They have nothing to add to the tribe. They bring no food, weapons, or necessary skills. They will be sent back to the cities or killed for attempting to steal provisions. As time goes by, tribes located close to each other will join forces to fight the martial law and military that is attempting to take control of those rural areas. The cities and suburbs will have become concentration camps for those still alive there. Martial law will restrict ALL movemeny. There will be check points everywhere. The rural areas that join forces may attempt to establish entire towns that are "free zones". Fighting among the free zones and the military will be common. The powers controlling the military and the urban centers will spare nothing to take full control. Small pockets of rebel forces will be destroyed or starved to death. After near full control is established, the world government will execute anyone they deem to be a threat, then anyone they deem useless. Only serfs healthy and docile enough to work will remain. The new world order will then be free to rule over the ashes of the countries they destroyed. This will be a world wide phenomenon. It will likely begin here in the US, but once America begins to fall, the rest of the world will fall quickly.

This is basically the way I see things happening. Major event. Government overreach legislation. Martial law declared. Population centers become absolute lawlessness. Rural areas loosely organize to resist. Military eventually crushes all major resistance. World controlled by a few dozen families. 80% of the world population exterminated, the rest are slaves.

Cops are citizens like anyone else and I would give them the benefit of the doubt just as I would my next door neighbor. I believe the vast majority of cops would protect their families and neighbors, and maybe their neighbor hoods. But cops who choose to outwardly protect or defend looters and the like, they should be delt with by concerned citizens, We The People, the same as looters and the like.

Just a thought... Here in NYS the bitch in Albany seems to have plans to give "newcumers" state jobs. It wouldn't surprise me much if those jobs included LEO positions. Hard to believe she'd be that stupid, but again it wouldn't surprise me much if she did that. That would certainly thicken the pot.... Hochul with her own private army. Ponder over that...

Here's the thing: Most everybody thinks they're going to be the survivors, not the zombies...
The Deep-State Government Officials think themselves critical to the continuance of government (COG) and Shadow Government, and therefor "protected" with reserved beds in the Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBS); some will, most won't be let in.
Nobody thinks they'll be caught, caught up, and culled...perhaps the ones that read the Book and the warnings on the Wall, hopefully some will be around to catch Rattlesnakes.
