Cleaning box for the range

I saw this on you tube the other day and decided to try it. Bought this at Home Depot and took the parts bin a made into a range cleaning kit . Paid $29.97. It is called a Husky compartment cantilever organizer. This one is the smallest of the 3 that make up the connect system. Has removable bins so you can set it up any way you choose. I have a lot of different items to cover just about anything that can ruin your day at the range. Here is a couple of pictures

What is this cleaning of guns you refer to? Not in my Glock manual.



In all seriousness, that would be a great setup so I could clean the 1911 since it’s high maintenance.

I really like that setup! My cleaning equipment is always such a cluster fucked, ADHD'd mess I can never find anything I need.

Nice. I normally bring a Dewey rod, some patches and some oil. The Dewey rod is for removing stuck or broken cases.

A Dewey rod is a cleaning rod? I bring one too. Actually had to use to get that stuck case issue with the Galil resolved, It was the first time I neeeded and I was really glad I had it.

I think mine is graphite or some such. I only use it to get stuck cases out, I'm a bore snake guy.

I brought something similar from Home depot years ago for the same purpose, but mine is orange.
Works good for keeping the gun cleaning supplies/tools together.

I use a rod/jag and patches and once in a while a nylon brush if the carbon is not coming out.
