I heard today 18 different states tried this and most of them stopped pursuing or it was voted down except Colorado. All the judges in Colorado were appointed by democrats and it was still a 4-3 decision. This will not stand since from what I heard this was a the government has to define what an insurrection is and they have not. So essentially this court in Colorado tried and found Trump guilty of a crime that’s not defined and is not a criminal trial.
But the ruling stands until challenged. I don't see the rino party running to help Trump. So unless Trump challenges, it will stand.

We expect the Supreme court to kill it. but if they choose not to, You may see Flordia and Texas pull Bidens name from the vote, then what? More states follow suit and then you have 2 elected leaders which do not recognize the other as legitimate. You can see how dangerous this could be . Its completely irresponsible for them to do this .For some reason the courts dont kill this, its pretty much a civil war . the election will be invalid .

It’s an odd ruling in fact it’s in effect but they delayed it until the day before the primary. So it stands but I can’t be enforced until the day before the primary so that it can be challenged. I heard Trump plans to challenge it.
In the end if it’s only Colorado it might not be significant anyway.
