Winning?? I saw a news flash last night that read SCOTUS refusal to hear the case.

That was Scotus telling Jack Smith to fuck off and follow the normal process progression if he wanted to press for a Court decision to deny Trump Presidential immunity during his tenure in office. That was also the result that Trump's legal team filed that SCOTUS should take. So yeah Trump won that round and Jack Smith lost his bid to imprison Trump before the 2024 election on a trumped up charge.
