It makes NO DAMN SENSE. How stupid would you have to be to think that somebody who's leading an investigation is super, super close to nailing you so you fire them and then expect the investigation to go away? Anybody with a brain knows that this charge would be brought against Trump if he fired Comey, so if anything the investigation into Russian ties will be even more intense, not less. He absolutely did not fire comey over that. It is patently illogical.
Comey is a politicized traitor. Butt boy to Obola/Hitlery. Serial liar. Leaker of classified info.

All I know is, say whatever you all want bout this fool but if it weren't for him and his bombshell Hillary announcement days before we voted, Hillary would be our president no doubt about it at all. She had the momentum going in, the investigation BS looked like it gkt the green light and the public was already stopped talking about it. Then WHAM!! days before the vote we got Comey announced reopened investigation. That was the straw that broke the backs of the fence sitters and enough was enough for most. Trump scooped up the stragglers and finished strong. We weren't winning without that push on the Comey psychological effects of "again this fucking Hillary" so close to Election Day.

In a last-minute effort to save Hillary Clinton’s bid for the White House, Barack Obama’s chief adviser, Valerie Jarrett, has urged the president to fire FBI Director James Comey, according to a source close to Jarrett.
Obama and Jarrett are furious with Comey for reopening the FBI’s investigation of Clinton’s emails just 11 days before the presidential election. They blame Comey for Clinton’s alarming slide in the polls.
