The time to appoint a special counsel was when Bill met with Loretta on the tarmac. Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates should have fired Comey after his 7/5 news conference when he usurped the authority passed to her by Lorretta Lynch recusing herself. Comey acted outside the scope of his authority. Was Sally Yates questioned by Congress if she had recommended Comey's termination to Obama because of his actions on 7/5? She acted quickly enough to recommend Gen. Flynn's firing.

I read that Trey Gowdy is in the running for FBI Director. I hope he goes back after Clinton if he gets the job. And Rice for refusing to talk to Congress. And let's not forget Bernie's wife pulled an 8 figure scam while President of some university and then bankrupted the school. I'm sure she pocketed some of the cash if FBI is looking at her.
Anyways a classic. Then the moron says "umm...i was joking " when asked about it years later.
