In case you missed it, the FCC issued an advisory Sunday to amateur / public accesible band users to not use them to commit crimes. They are apparently worried about people using radios to coordinate the terror attacks this week (of which there is little to no evidence).
Have to wonder if this is a precursor to the expansion of 1st Amendment crackdowns into radio communications.
