First, here's the citation - 'Large Groups' of African Migrants Illegally Crossed Texas Border, Say Feds
Take a good look at these people, they are not rich, but they are well fed and, having spent time in small remote villages in Kenya and Ethiopia, they have remarkably untattered and clean clothing.
How did poor people from landlocked African countries (both of the Congos) get to Mexico?
Why aren't they from coastal African countries, like Senegal?
Isn't there a continuing Ebola outbreak in Kivu province of the DRC? Why yes there is!

IMHO, the answer is simple - this is sponsored, and the area they were selected from was purposeful.
Sure North Kivu province borders Uganda and Rwanda. In a situation like this border control would be draconian, even by African standards. Port and airport security at international airports is strict.
