That and every year the budget gets more lopsided.

Every year more tax payers get fed up and leave, and they are replaced by refugees and those who don't pay taxes.

Yep, NY is at the top of the list for people leavening too. They all retire to florida. If it wherent for NY pensions florida wouldn't exist.

Floridians, Texans and residents of other low-tax states aren’t complaining. They know the deductions have coddled spendaholic politicians in high-tax states at their expense.
