Magazines are sold in NY that were originally designed to hold over ten rounds but have been neutered to comply with the unSAFE act (eg 10/30 mags).
If, and only if, taken out of NYS; which mags lend themselves to being restored?

Metal countersunk rivet can be pried/pulled out. No spacer or mag block/limiter. Standard spring and baseplate. No epoxy used. Conversion does not appear to impair function or structure. Can be reinstalled to make 10/30 mag again.

Metal roll pin can be pushed out. Mag block/limiter is installed. Standard spring and baseplate. No epoxy used. Conversion does not appear to impair function or structure. Can be reinstalled to make 10/20 mag again.
