Just curious of why rightly so? The guy failed to follow any commands and the cops acted accordingly IMO. They responded to the citizens request to investigate a complaint and they did so. The ATF agent should have said ok I’ll follow your commands but I’m an ATF agent so let me know how you want to handle this? Instead he refused any and all commands, reached for his belt area, tried to flee to cover, and get to his car. Refused to get on the ground, place hands behind his back, and be cuffed to be investigated. I’m sorry they did what they would have done if anyone acted like that. I’m assuming he was armed and they knew that.
