Cops shoot at suspect 87 times and he’s still alive

I have to admit the position of the cops and the muzzle control was well done. The guy by the suspects car is a bit hard to see what he’s doing at all time but the two officers you can see clearly do a good job. Now I’d love to know where the suspect is. It seems like from the article he’s in the car but the guy between the two cars is positioned pretty bad if that’s the case. Part of me thinks he might be in the woods??

This is real life, not IDPA or a sniper shot.
Red mist, adrenalin, covering fire....one shot one kill, is rare.
