Look there is an EASY answer to getting activist judges to behave, it is called IMPEACHMENT.

IF the GOP had balls (they do not) they would have a group actively checking for ethics violations on these judges then along with violating the law with their ruling, articles of impeachment could be drafted on these cockwashers and submitted to the HOUSE.

This actually sounds correct to me. I haven't looked at the details so I might be wrong. But if I'm not, ruling by legally dubious executive orders is one of the things we despised about Obama.

The LEGAL US residents of NY get their constitutional rights violated on a daily basis but it's ok to let those that don't belong here have a free pass to break laws and somehow claim they have rights that are being violated. I say lock up the clerk that lets them walk out the door for aiding and abetting. Impeach the mayors of those cities for allowing illegals to stay and then throw them in jail for harboring a criminal.
