^^^This was the 1st thought I had as well.
REMEMBER, .gov has to take care of everything,..... just ask morons like the new class(less) dumb-o-crats!!
I wouldn't let them tie in to my place if I didn't want it, why should he have to pay a "minimum", for something he doesn't want. I'd see them EFers in court. EF that! My property, my EFing rules. As long as I'm not doing anything illegal they could kiss my ass!
This is still America!!
ok, so Mr truitt had to get a couple permits (@$11) and connect to the city sewer and get a variance to live in a trailer within city limits.
Mr Truitt was violating city ordenance by not connecting to the sewer. I have no problem with whatever else he was doing, but sanitation in this situation is a faily big issue
to me it seems Mr Truitt is just being a jerk. He could have easily just got the permits and the variance for whatever it cost him to go to court to "fight" this issue. And it seems the city was willing to work with him to resolve the matter, yet he refused.
It seems to me all he had to do was connect to the city sewer and get a variance, whats the big deal?
