If we ever manage to get control of the executive branch again, they need some serious witch hunts.

If you have union problems, then make a new "S" branch, make it the BATFES. With the S standing for "sit on you ass". Once they have transferred all the petty tyrants to that branch, eliminate it, and their jobs with it.

Yes, I agree, public sector unions are the devil's spawn.
They exist to protect the incompetent and fleece the taxpayer.
Private sector unions are great in theory, but they have become the "big business" they were meant to protect their members from. They need serious reform, but that needs to come from inside. Ideally by disgruntled workers forming a new union that better represents their interests, and people leaving the old ones.

While that middle ground is ideal, I suspect it's not attainable.
Might be able to manage firing without a complete reboot of the system, but not a prosecution.

That's great to hear.
It's nearly universal now that you hear one thing from the tradesmen and the opposite from the union that represents them.
Guys who get their hands dirty tend be to conservative. Their unions tend to pour money into the liberals.
Look at the Canadian Truckers. The trade organization that claims to represent the is saying their protest is wrong. That's some quality representation right there.
