I'm waiting for one forum member in particular to say they were wrong about this. This person has never been wrong about ANYTHING. Up until today you had a better chance of cuomo resigning than for that to happen so it doesn't look good that this will happen.

If you remember when Cuomo and other governors were doing the like, they were following certain guidelines of the federal government and the CDC. Like it or not that would be their defense and depending on the jury that would be an acceptable defense.

And depending upon the jury (if he were to choose a jury trial if so charged) that would be an unacceptable defense. Just because you get bad advice does not mean you should act on it by following it. Similarly saying you just were following orders, as in a favorite defense used by Nazis, does not mean you will not be found guilty. One can hope he is at least charged with and convicted of manslaughter if not outright murder.
