Not necessarily true:No. It won’t make a real difference. Smelling weed in the car during a stop would be reason , no different than smelling alcohol. Suspicion of driving under the influence and the officer can search the car for alcohol eventhough it’s legal to possess.
Look up 'alien abduction stories' as well.
I'm not saying marijuana doesn't or couldn't have any medical benefits, but until it is tested in real-world clinical trials, like every other FDA-approved drug.. The FDA is one of the few .gov agencies I support (I've also worked in pharmacy for longer than you've been alive, MAN I'M OLD), though they could of course be better. Until recently they weren't allowing any clinical testing on THC-based drugs, hopefully that'll change.
It should also be mentioned that any use of 'Medical Marijuana' is still federally restricted, and you may lose your 2nd amendment rights. (which is what Cumhole wants)
Thanks for posting that. I had no idea the growers had messed with it. My only knowledge of this is from having smoked a tiny bit in my early 20's. Long enough ago that I'm sure it was completely different. From what ive seen alot of the medical research has been on CBD.
The big problem is, the high potency, hydroponic weed grown and sold in California and Colorado dispensaries has ZERO CBD in it. Growers have bred it out.
Alot of the benifits of marijuana is because of CBD.
If there is no CBD, wheres the benifit?
THC can relive some illness but CBD is where most of the studies point to for medical use.
Relief from anxiety, inflammation, and pain caused by inflammation all come from CBD.
So, alot of the "medical" marijuana sold by medical dispensaries is useless......and the growers and sellers know it.
Here is one video that explains it sort of.
There are alot more videos that prove sellers knowingly sell pot with no CBD to people whos illness calls for CBD.
There is a small group of growers that produce high a CBD with near zero THC strain. Saw a doumentary a few years ago. Some state, maybe Kentucky, legalized the strain for medical use. CBD oil has been available for years on the internet.
Just curious what health benefits are you talking about. It may help with pain and a few other things, but those studies are in there infancy and could be very one sided with no conclusive results. There are negative health benefits too. Marijuana and Lung HealthI’m pro-weed. Never done it. I know it has lots of benefits health wise.
But I think this is Andy trying to get some votes lol. He’ll do anything for votes.

People want the stronger weed. The sellers can also charge more based on THC content. If you want to see just how bad it's become YouTube "dabs" or "shatter" .Well that's good to know. I still wonder how much of the selective growing is because people are demanding a stronger and stronger product, and how much is sponsored by our good old government trying to make sure people get addicted so they maintain their tax revenues.
I dont care if people smoke it or not, im all for legalizing it.Who cares if it's medically viable?
Did I miss some part in the Constitution that says only medically beneficial things should be legal?
*continues eating big mac*
Why in the world would we need more regulations?I dont care if people smoke it or not, im all for legalizing it.
Of course its obvious that my point is people are using marijuana for needed medical issues, but many of these people are being duped by unscrupulous suppliers just looking for money.
So, if desperate sufferers of illness are looking towards pot as a medicine, there needs to be better testing and regulations.
There are 1000s of people paying hard earned cash for a product that does not contain the compound that their doctor prescibed for them.
If somone needs weed for medical use, the solution is to grow it yourself. Find a good Indica strain, grow it and have it tested for CBD content. Then keep the strain alive, and enjoy.
Weed isn’t worse for your lungs lol. No one has ever gotten cancer from weed. Cigarettes yes.Just curious what health benefits are you talking about. It may help with pain and a few other things, but those studies are in there infancy and could be very one sided with no conclusive results. There are negative health benefits too. Marijuana: Good or bad?
I fond it hilarious that the government says smoking cigarettes are bad, but weed is worse for your lungs so why do it?
CBD is legal in all 50 if I’m correct. There is a small group of growers that produce high a CBD with near zero THC strain. Saw a doumentary a few years ago. Some state, maybe Kentucky, legalized the strain for medical use. CBD oil has been available for years on the internet.
I’d honestly dig into the dispensary I would be using my money in.Thanks for posting that. I had no idea the growers had messed with it. My only knowledge of this is from having smoked a tiny bit in my early 20's. Long enough ago that I'm sure it was completely different.
Now I'm wondering how many people are aware of this, and if it would change their minds if they were? I didn't know that these new strains had such high THC and that it is quite addictive. This is troubling enough to me that it will make me think twice about supporting legalization. Why do people always have to fuck with stuff? I'm halfway to conspiracy theory now with the push for legalization. Good way for the govt. to ensure dependency, and therefore tax dollars.
That doesnt make sense. Why in the world would we need more regulations?
Let people figure it out on their own.
They should do the same with insulin. Why in the world would we need more regulations?
Let people figure it out on their own.
Medical weed is already regulated and tested. AFAIK the THC and CBD content is clearly stated on the packageing. Dispensarys don't just buy any weed. It's inspected for quality, bugs, mold and pesticide. That doesnt make sense.
Of course im not talking about regulations regarding its use.
Regulations on the content of medicine.
Im sure you would agree that medicine should be regulated for content, correct?
If you are just using it for recreation, buy what you would like.
However, if you need marijuana with CBD for a medical condition, there should be some regulation to guarantee its content.
Not all regulation is bad.
Unless youre conditioned to react negatively to the word.
People who need drugs to live,ie, nitro, insulin....etc, sure agree with content regulation of medicine.
Im talking about the people screaming MEDICINE, MEDICINE, MARIJUANA IS MEDICINE!!!
If its going to be a medicine, it needs to be regulated.
If its for recreation, they need to stop claiming its medicine while knowingly selling product with no medicine in it.
I do not believe medicine should be regulated, no.That doesnt make sense.

Or they could do something crazy like "seek advice before partaking in a potentially dangerous thing."They should do the same with insulin.
That would be funny watching people figure it out.
Seizures, sweating, fainting, coma, death.
That would be sweet.
Yeah my friends say it’s not addictive and I believe that. But they do say they get cravings. Which to me is the same thing which they’re saying other wise. But I’ve never done it so I can’t soeak from experienceSomething to point out is marajuana is not dangerous at all. You can't overdose on it. It is not addictive in any physical way . someone who claims they are addicted to it just doesn't want to stop. The worst of it would be being grumpy for a few days. Why does it need regulation. Should we regulate lettuce or potatoes? Its a harmless plant that relaxes you with little to no side effects. Seems like a gift from nature to me. I'm a grown ass man and dont need the state or anyone else telling me what the fuck I can and can't consume if I desire to. There are million things people stuff into thier mouths on a daily basis that is worse for them then pot.
Just legalize it already and treat it like alcohol.
DWIs, drunk driving deaths, alcohol-induced fights, blackouts, addiction...
Yep totally safe.
I dont even know what to say.I do not believe medicine should be regulated, no.
If by "be regulated" you mean "controlled by the government."
I think people should do their own research before they make healthcare decisions, but that has nothing to do with regulation.
The FDA is an awful entity that harms more people than it helps, for example.
Marijuana doesn’t have any induced fights unless it’s spiked (still then not all spiked is) marijuana doesn’t make you black out and you can’t be addicted.DWIs, drunk driving deaths, alcohol-induced fights, blackouts, addiction...
Yep totally safe.
No offense @Darth youre kind of close minded on a lot of topics. You’re open minded on some but close minded on others.I dont even know what to say.
Im going to listen to other people and not get trolled.
If you honestly believe most of what you say, you may need some FDA approved medication.
Typical libertarian, unrealistic nonsense.
