Trump's term ended in January. There is no possible way to legally return him to the office without another election.

At that point why would it matter if Biden had something to do with it or not? He wasn't elected and shouldn't be president. It honestly bothers me that even if it comes to light that Biden was not the winner of the election that he would remain in office. If it invalidated because of fraud it doesn't mean President Biden gets to stay in office anymore than a thief gets to keep his loot until sentenced. Biden was elected to office. By the electors that each state sent to represent them.

There is no question about what electors AZ chose to send, or how they voted.

That is all that matters.

You forget, you do not vote for the president. You vote for a guy who promised to vote for a certain candidate.

The fact that some of those electors might have been chosen based on a fradulent election doesn't invalidate their vote.

I should say so. She is not supposed to be there. If someone sells you stolen goods and is caught, do you get to keep what they sold you? If you go to a college that was fraudulent and turned out to not be accredited, does your degree still count?? No.

There is always fraud.

Every election has some.

So if you say any election with any amount is invalid, then we have *never* had a legitimate one.


So, you *must* set a threshold of "acceptable".

That doesn't mean you accept the fraud, just accept the results of the election despite the fraud. You still prosecute the shit out of the fraudsters and strive to eliminate the path they used in future elections.


I think an election where the suspected fraud is less than 10% of what's necessary to affect the outcome is probably acceptable.

Note, that is total suspected fraud, not detected fraud. If you find one guy cheating you can be reasonably confident he is not the only one. You would have to extrapolate "detected fraud" to "suspected fraud" based on how accurately you believe you can detect it.

The electors were originally appointed by the state legislators. They represent the state itself, not the citizens of that state.

Awesome! I'm glad to hear it. I haven't been able to shoot much yet either. Though, it has been fun buying stuff I never used to be able to, lol. Vettech and I hope to get some land soon. When we do, I'll be putting a range in for sure.

Now, but there is no constitutional requirement for that.

The constitution says the state legislature decides how their electors are chosen. All the states have chosen a popular vote (with some variations).

The constitution allows them to do whatever they want though. The legislature could say "the governor gets to pick them himself" or "we have our prospective electors play a round of golf and go with the crew with the best scores".

The founders considered a direct democracy to be dangerous, and considering where we are today, I think they were right.

Any Law he signs will have no strength.
Any appointment he makes will be moot.
Any Treaties made are questionable.
I will immediately stop paying Federal taxes. (the whole taxation without representation thing)

They will have no choice but to mobilize the military and clamp down on the Country en mass.

Not exactly. 33 states have requirements binding the Electors and some include civil or criminal penalties and replacement of a elector who does not follow the will of the State's electorate.
