Custom Hi Point Carbine stock

So, I’ve got a really nice, custom Hi Point carbine stock that I want to sell. But, before I bother with pics and all, someone refresh my memory: are Hi Point carbines legal in NY? Ten rd mags. Non threaded barrel? Magazine in grip. Etc. What’s the legality?

I actually had my eBay ad pulled - since it’s an “assault weapon“ according to them anyway.

I’d like to be able to send it back to NY, if possible (uust for the FU factor).

I can never keep track of unSAFE Act nonsense, but I believe it runs afoul of the pistol grip + detachable mag thing.

potentially easy alternative is kydex flipper Thingy. For my level of risk tolerance, I would be ok With it if I had one.

This is 100% accurate. I have the same gun (that I got for $40) and had to get one of those grip things to make myself safer.

It's not perm, can easily be taken off. I got it off etsy believe it or not.

Holy crap. $50 for spandex and a piece of kydex?
