I'm like Doc, I wear a tucked in shirt all day. So it's probably best to stick with folders. If I ever found a fixed blade I loved I was going to try one of these. Plus it's always good to show off a local guys product.

Pretty much all of them to be honest. I don't carry anything under 10" anymore because it defeats the purpose for me. I'd be lying if I said yours didn't look really cool though.

Hey, to each his own. I work in nyc so I have to keep what i carry on me under 4". And while i dont typically have to tuck in my shirts, i often wear nice button downs, and golf shirts to attend meetings with other professionals. Cant really carry a crocodile dundee blade with me there.

Those are some nice blades! Truth be told, like firearms, nobody can say this one or that is better or best, it comes down to personal preference. I've seen guys use knives for some jobs that seem either inadequate or overkill, but they handle it just fine so who am I to question their experiences. If it fits good in your hand, and does what it needs to do, you're good to go. By experience I have had just as much enjoyment out of a $60 as a $600... But the latter definitely has survived better and performed better imo. Placebo effect? Not entirely sure. But if and when you grow to love edged tools (not weapons) lol, you gravitate to a higher art form as your appreciation grows.

Kershaw, especially Ken Onion designs rate high in my book for mass production knives. I have a few Kershaws. Bokër ranks up there too. Any Zero Tolerance knives are worthy and a few others!

Not yet, i resisted the urge for now. I like it, but its actually too big for my intended carry. I started carrying my becker necker again to fill that void.

Ok thanks, been looking around for a Karambit blade, don't like the folders as they defeat the quickness of full tang blade. Let us know if you do at some time pull the trigger (pun intended).
