Had no use for the man after his military career, became a bushy, turned on the party that made him (Ronald Reagan) , voted Obama twice and Hillary once. I read his book and admired his military service and was inspired by his life story Up until he was probably duped by the bushies. He lost his statesmanship position when he became political, should have stayed a loyal, silent soldier and just faded away.
That being said 84 years of age is a great run in my book, I would welcome that any day of the week. RIP
