Mail in boting yes, but why does it matter when you register to vote? If your identity can be verified you should be allowed to vote. I know it benefits the democrats but I can’t support that portion of it.

Registering same day makes cheating easier. Lack of resources due to the ongoing election, failure of the judiciary to rule in a timely way on alleged fraud or make any ruling at all just allows cheating to happen without consequences. Better to have a registration deadline just as we should have an election day, not an election season. You have all year to register up to a specified time before the election which should be long enough. The law should however accommodate all who are registered but are either traveling, unable to leave their home/hospital, etc. or who are in the process of moving during that very short period from end of registration to election day. Your right to vote should not be withheld due to normal circumstances like those. For everyone else, the polls are open before and after you work and all day in between, so get out and exercise your right to vote. Don't vote, don't complain.

All I’m saying is I can’t be for walking into a gun store and walking out with a gun the same day if I can’t do the same at the polling place. I have no issue with same day voter registration of the identity and address can be verified as in a drivers license and then they can vote.

I believe that's because the legislature has to make those changes, the executive can't do it themselves.
In fact, the constitution says the executive must conduct the election exactly as the legislature prescribed.
That's the most easily proven reason the 2020 election was illegitimate.
The governors of several swing states made unilateral changes (like mail in voting) without the legislature voting on it.
It's not that mail in voting is unconstitutional (Arizona has been doing that forever). It's that the governor can't make that change on his own.

The 2A is a *more* fundamental right than voting.
When the constitution was signed *everyone* had a right to bear arms. Only male landowners could vote.
RKBA is a natural right that cannot be taken away. Every farmer in N Korea has a RKBA. Their government infringes the shit out of it, but the right still exists.
A right to vote is a construct of the government. Without government there is no vote to even cast.
So what method would you use to prevent people changing their affiliation numerous times per year, or changing to be able to vote in the opposition party's Primary then switching back on election day?

If they want to use an electronic pad they should use a fingerprint reader like you use to unlock your phone.
They're not terribly secure, but it would put a major stick in the spokes of someone trying to vote illegally.
The system doesn't need to store the fingerprint either, just a signature. Would take less storage than the written signature
Constitutional carry is a law sign into affect by the Governor ( like this mail-in voting ) A State Constitutional Amendment is voted on by the people.
Constitutional Carry was signed into "law" in 1791.
What governor's sign is a declaration that they are going to follow the Constitution.
During the Primary this year was the first time Orleans County used tablets instead of the huge books. At least in my voting area.

The right to vote is given to all in the USA if you are a citizen no need to an amendment to the state constitution.
My comment was a bit of sarcasm more than a serious statement. It made sense in my head as in if they are allowing same day voting then constitutional carry must be allowed. Probably wasn’t very clear to anyone but me.
