This is what the video is about. A democrat who is of course a gun rights supporter did a photo op at a “gun range” with guns supplied by a felon and shot steel targets at 10 yards. Well a ricochet decided to hit a reporter and the moron posted a photo op of him treating the wound because he’s a war hero like Walz.

Article/video consistently refer to "felony charges". Being charged is not the same as being convicted.
What's the over/under on those charges being dropped or reduced now?

Still not legally allowed to possess guns. These are fraud charges and not violent so I don’t agree with removing his guns so it’s hard for me to crap on him too much.

Just a charge itself would require surrender? I think it would be up to the court where the charge was made.
Was he charged or indicted? Being under indictment applies if you were completing a 4473.

Being charged or indicted is much different that being convicted.
The point I'm trying to make is that the video makes a big deal about being charged with felonies. Unless he was convicted of those felonies, it doesn't necessarily mean he was a prohibited person.
