If you are having problems breathing with your mask, STOP WEARING IT! You are exempt under the EO "if you cannot medically tolerate it". They were just talking about this on the radio today trying to educate the "Karens" who think it's their job to yell at people. The rules are you must wear a mask IF:
1) You cannot maintain 6 ft distance
AND
2) If you can medically tolerate one

Where do we draw the line? One could make the same argument about certain features on firearms that are now illegal in this state. Chances are not having standard capacity magazines MIGHT slow down a mass shooter and save a life (I don't buy it) but why would one not want that and just have smaller magazines? I look at it this way. I have a condition that precludes me from wearing a mask. It's called health. If there is even a chance of being harmed by sucking in my own CO2, having moisture, bacteria and other things inhaled I prefer not to.

I went to BJ's today. Needed a few cases of water.
Loading up my cart, no mask...
Old woman, OLD, wearing a mask and a face shield walked by me and gave me a look. Walked about ten feet from me and came back towards me.
At first, she only stared at me. After a moment of us just looking at each other, she pointed to her shield, I said, "nice face shield".
I continued to load up my cases of water, she said, "Sir, why are you not wearing your mask",
I replied nicely, "because, I do not wear them". She then said, "its the law, and you need to wear a mask". I said, "not a law".
She then went onto to tell me that at her age and with her health conditions, she needs to be protected. I said, okay, why are you out shopping and why are you getting so close to me?
She said all of us need to work together to help protect those that are worried about getting sick. I told her that it is not my responsibility to ensure the health of others. She responded with a Fuck you. When I say she was old, I mean like late 70's early 80"s, and she is cussing like that? I really should have pulled out my phone, I always forget to film these people. I gotta get better at that.

I just dropped my car off for service. The dealership has YOU MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER THIS BUILDING signs up on every door. I strolled right in without one. Waited in line away from other people and did my business. Not one word said to me from anyone.
These places are all show and no go. If they are so afraid of this virus they certainly don’t have the balls to yell at me.

They're not afraid of the virus. They're afraid of the state revoking their business licenses, the local municipalities revoking their COs, or the liabilities and lawsuits they could invite by not having the stupid signs.

So question. Once it's deemed masks are no longer necessary, due to vaccine, flattened curve whatever. Are the people that champion wearing masks going to do so for the rest of their lives? Unless a smallpox is pulled, covid is here to stay. That means the potential to get covid will always exist.

1. Correct not effective for receiving unless using N95. Effective for the prevention of giving.
2. Whether asymptomatic are contagious or not is irrelevant. Somehow it’s spreading from person to person.

Is it magic? If I’m asymptotic or show no symptoms there is zero reason to wear one. Almost all of the population falls into that category. If you’re sick stay home. Just like the flu.
