It seems crazy to me that the judge rejected his 2nd Amendment argument because he didn't apply for a license in New York City and thus doesn't have standing. He's facing 18 years in jail, but he doesn't have standing.
I'm surprised I missed this one, and I think it deserves a LOT more attention than it's getting. What do you guys think?
