Im hearing so much whining from the libs how the DOGE is gonna put 1.7 million government employees put of work and the unemployment will skyrocket.

If it happens, Trump needs to issue rebate checks to all the taxpayers like the stimulus checks.
"We cut the federal budget in half, here's the $5k you have been overpaying back".

Throw that line from biden in the face of everyone that is concerned about the coming firings of government workers. Since the vast majority are office workers it should be an easier transition for them compared to a coal miner lol.

The gubment is bloated to the point of exploding. We are being consumed by needless spending and shocking interest on our national debt. Obama and Biden hired so many useless, dead weight federal workers that if we were Guam, we'd tip over. Public sentiment will skyrocket for DOGE once the people see just how much waste, fraud, bribes and various payola schemes the democrats have committed.
Raising federal gov. unemployment, abandoned programs, voided contracts, canceled foreign aid and shuttered gov. agencies will be the measure of success for Trump and DOGE. The carnage will be massive, necessary and oh so sweet.

What countries and how much money was provided in hurricane relief to the US? I'm thinking ZERO. So, fuk'm!

Not exactly. Congress is the body that approves funding. The executive branch is the one that actually spends.
So, say I'm congress and you're the president. I can give you $100, but I can't make you spend it.

This "department" has the potential to be the most spectacular thing the U.S.A. has ever done. It could be bigger than the moon landing, atomic bomb, directed energy weapons, and controlling the weather, all combined. And, Musk is just autistic enough to be like a retard on a mission, and not care who he pisses off in the process.
Correct. If Congress approves $100 and Trump spends $50 that is great. It's also temporary because the next administration can use the remaining $50 that was approved by Congress.
True structural fiscal discipline must be implemented at the Congressional level.
