I think they are mostly a novelty but I think there is some strong double tap utility there. I like that the fostech eliminates hammer follow issues as well.

You have to admit that a binary trigger is much more pratical then a double barreld monstrosity. Double the chance for malfunctions.

I wonder if there is a way to alternate firing of the two barrels.Left,right,left,right you could almost create a full auto salvo 20 rounds in the time it takes to dump 10 but it would still be a semi auto

It could come in handy if one side jams, you're still gtg on the other side.

You could tie those triggers together like the brake pedals on my tractor, well, if you had a mind to, but honestly, it sounds more like a marketing thingy, rather than a max firepower thingy. Me thinks.

I can't see anyone who is going to be "ambushed" using this thing. Essentially two rifles and twice the chance for malfunctions. Not to mention that the controls are slightly different it appears. Definitely a novelty.
