interesting statement by the Judge:
" the suit didn’t put forth the kind of evidence that would justify placing the election results in doubt to allow inspections of voting machines, software and security footage of polling places. "

I hate to use the Left's idea of "if you have nothing to hide" but, if the election were truly as secure and accurate as he suggests, what harm is there in verifying it? The peace of mind the People would have, knowing their election was beyond question, would go a lot farther toward heading off any violence in this Country than this twit's "word".

What about the other millions of citizens who are disenfranchised when an election is not fair? Do their votes not count?

this was an argument a friend tried to use. "if the judge throws away these ballots, it would disenfranchise the voters who cast them". But if a ballot is not valid, regardless of the cause, how can you then use that poisoned ballot in a fair election? Should the entire Country be held hostage to whomever can cheat the best, because "we might hurt someone's feelings"?

Back to this liberal judge:

The People's faith is already undermined. Has there EVER, in history, been a situation where someone who was losing that badly had such overwhelming "late" ballots they set records? Does this judge honestly think by sweeping it under the rug people aren't going to keep questioning the reports that have come to light?

If we don't see proof the election was legit, how can we trust it?
Elections should be open to review. Secrets only help to hide corruption.
