A judge who is well known and active in the competitive shooting community told a few a week or two ago that Texas and some other red states were preparing these filings.
I'm not a lawyer but this is bigly significant.
We have states suing each other (directly to the supreme court) saying their process has undermined the entire process.
This really might be a huge test.

In rejecting the suit, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Republicans waited too long to sue and were advocating the “extraordinary proposition that the court disenfranchise all 6.9 million Pennsylvanians who voted in the general election” and throw the decision to the state legislature.
Basically they threw it out based on the timing factor not the evidence , which was not able to be presented.

And SCOTUS did not give a reason why. They did not say it was too late. It may be that the PA-only suit is redundant to the new TX suit that lists multiple states including PA.

At what point do states reach a conclusion that if the electoral process is so corrupted, and their own votes will be over ruled by fraud in other states, they just say F it, and that it's to to secede?

I think something similar began to happen in 1860-1861 after the election of lincoln....
The south rejected the process and no longer wanted to be a part of it.
