The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

You sure about that?

12th amendment requires candidate secures majority of electors if that doesn't happen, say in case of disputed election, house votes for President and Senate votes for Vice President. If house is unable to determine winner by March 4th, Vice President becomes acting President until such time dispute is resolved. If Senate failed to determine Vice President by March 4th acting President would be (God forbid) Speaker of House based on Law of Succession.
