If it was ruled illegal, then how can the results of the election in Virginia stand?

You cannot allow someone to benefit from illegality. so anyone who certified the results in Virginia, and everyone who benefited from that false certification, should be arrested!

Heard on the radio today that there is a new EO signed that will put a person at every government agency whose job will be to make sure that with each and every decision made, that the top priority will be to give blacks equity in the process. Not equality, but equity. The equity is to be as important as the very objective of the decision itself is how it was explained. Covid vaccine? Blacks first. Not only first but easiest and the best possible. Remember - not equality but equity - they get more, first, bigger, better, cheaper..... than everyone else. DOD needs to take action to secure the nation? Remember the first priority - how can this action benefit blacks or how can they gain from it? That must be the first priority per EO. There will be ambassadors in every level and department making sure that everything done is done to help blacks no matter what. Think about it. Every decision. Things that have nothing to do with race will be twisted and only allowed if blacks make out off of it. Biden is owned by BLM extremists and is the biggest pandering person I've ever seen.

This is why equity (as opposed to equality as you appropriately define it) is so dangerous.

Not only that, he is creating a new bureaucracy, Made in America Only, yes thats right MAO, whose job will be tasked with assuring all government purchasing when possible will have this as its first priority MAO, along with, hmmmmm, how was it worded, I can't remember, but what it boils down to it the vendor must comply with their world view. You can't even begin to make this shit up!

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that

Equity = Everyone gets the same outcome
Equality = Everyone gets the same opportunity

Now by that definition equity is bad because it gives everyone the same outcome based on some preconceived notion of the need to make right past wrongs or injustices (which is bullshit in my opinion but since I'm a straight white boy my opinion doesn't matter).

Equality is giving everyone a level playing field and having the same set of rules apply. For example, you can't not hire or admit to school someone who is black simply because they are black. You can refuse to hire them or admit them to school because they don't meet the standard set of requirements that everyone has to follow regardless of skin color.

I define Liberty as living the life you choose without interference from others (whether they be in the public or private spheres) as long as you're not harming any one else. Again, my definition my not be the same as everyone else. In that sense I could see "equality" and "liberty" coexisting.

At least that's how I kind of understand it based on all the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) trainings I've had to do since George Floyd's death. The scary thing is all these trainings they're pushing on me are basically saying I need to be an anti-racist and to do that I need to give preferential treatment to black and brown people (which by definition in my mind is racist) to make up for past abuses. It really makes your head spin trying to figure out the logic of how any of this is fair by any reasonable definition.

Oh, and in all those DEI trainings they're cramming down my throat not once has personal responsibility or liberty been discussed. It's really quite telling in my opinion.

Ok, rant off and sorry for derailing the thread.
