If you recount a pile of fraudulent ballots you will end up with the same fraudulent total.
There isn't sufficient evidence in existence to prove the election was fair. There never was.
That is the problem. It's just like proof the vaccine is safe. They create something and then try to flip the burden of proof and say "you can't prove fraud" or "you don't have any evidence it's unsafe".
That's not how it works. You don't take your concoction to the FDA and say "there's no proof it's harmful, so you need to approve it". You have to provide them with strong clinical evidence that it is safe (before covid anyway).
It works the same with an election. They don't get to pull vote counts out or their ass and then claim there is no proof of fraud. The burden is on the people claiming the election was secure. They need to prove that fraud on a scale sufficient to alter the result is highly unlikely.
It shall be interesting to see how it plays out.

Its going to be a total hand recount. They'll be looking for things like mail-in ballots that were counted, but magically made it through the mail without being folded. They'll be looking for ballots that were filled out by machine, and not by a person using a pen. Stuff like that.
